Charge Nurse 7p to 7a - Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our Night Shift team at Colonial Manor, a leading provider of exceptional patient care in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, many of whom are elderly or have complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Physicians
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and bedside care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma (LPN or RN)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN or RN degree or certificate preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients of varying weights and abilities
