We are looking for mechanically inclined Millwrights to join our team. Our work is primarily focused around feed mills and industrial facilities, with additional projects in cement plants and other industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, enjoys troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and is comfortable working around heavy industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and replace industrial mechanical equipment
• Work on drag conveyors, bucket elevators/legs, screws, bearings, shafts, and related feed mill equipment
• Assist with equipment tear-outs, replacements, installations, and modifications
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Read and work from drawings, layouts, and equipment specifications
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, and other mechanical equipment
• Work safely around heavy machinery and elevated work areas
• Travel to various feed mills, cement plants, and industrial job sites as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous millwright, industrial maintenance, mechanical, or feed mill experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Experience working around feed mills, conveyors, elevators/legs, screws, and bulk material-handling equipment is a strong plus
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and layouts
• Welding experience is a plus
• Stick/structural welding certification or the ability to pass a stick structural welding test is preferred, but not a deal breaker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to work at different industrial job sites

Feed mill experience is highly valued, but candidates with strong mechanical skills and industrial experience are encouraged to apply.
