Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute rehabilitation assignment in a hospital setting.

Details

• Acute inpatient rehabilitation unit in a hospital setting
• All adult patient types; no pediatric cases
• 100% acute rehab — no floating to other rehab settings
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage
• Day shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

• Current, active OT license required where applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration
• Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Provide occupational therapy services exclusively within the acute rehabilitation unit
• Local candidates are accepted; however, a radius rule applies and may affect pay rate eligibility — radius varies by state
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
