Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Keller, TX. The Real Estate Agent will identify and show properties, guide clients through the buying and selling process, and prepare and review contracts and related documentation. Responsibilities include conducting market research, providing pricing and negotiation support, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will actively prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and represent Martin Realty Group at open houses and local events. Qualifications Active Real Estate License with solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and local market practices Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, buying, and leasing residential properties Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities Comfort with on-site work, local travel, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic office software High school diploma or equivalent required; additional real estate or business coursework is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Realty Group
