As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in implementing rehabilitation programs that enhance patient mobility, function, and strength. You will evaluate and treat patients, ensuring quality care and effective treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Utilizing Electronic Medical Records to complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries
• Supervising PT Assistants and Aides in all aspects of patient care
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up
• Ensuring patient comfort and addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborating with front office staff on scheduling and patient follow-up
• Participating in business marketing and referral processes as needed
• Adhering to HIPAA policy and procedures
• Being proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for billing services
• Maintaining physical mobility to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Need 1 year experience in setting
