We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking Housekeeper to support a high net worth household in Surfside Miami. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard private home environment.

Duties

• Daily deep cleaning and upkeep of the residence
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment
  

• Perform routine and thorough cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing)
  

• Change bed linens daily
  

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with strong attention to detail
  

• Manage and replenish household inventories (cleaning supplies, toiletries, groceries)
  

• Organize closets, cupboards, and storage areas for efficiency
  

• Assist with meal serving when needed
  

• Ensure appliances, electronics, and household equipment are functioning properly
  

• Handle special projects (seasonal cleaning, deep cleaning, post-event cleanup)
  

• Perform additional household-related tasks as requested
  

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for privacy always
  

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. when principal is in town

Occasional overtime may be required

Live-out position

Flexibility with which day(s) off

Busy seasons may require more hours and slower seasons are less demanding

Seeking a long-term, reliable, and stable housekeeper

Work Location: In person

• Fluent English (required)
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with high net worth families
  

• Strong knowledge of high-end furnishings, fabrics, and textiles
  

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  

• Discreet, reliable, and professional
  

• Able to perform well in a high-pressure environment
  

• Flexible and adaptable schedule
