Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties, to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, and install toilets or sinks.
• Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and bulbs.
• Assemble furniture, build or repair shelves, and fix doors or fences.
• Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and patch drywall.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with facilities maintenance.
• Skill in painting and drywall work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blanchester, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
