We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters/Remodelers with skills in multiple trades. We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Handyman / Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer. If this describes you; success can be yours with our company! Required Skills & Responsibilities Shows overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical. Has proper equipment or knows what tools are needed for certain tasks. Quick thinker with strong troubleshooting skills; able to examine problems and provide prompt solutions. Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools. Looks around the property, communicates to the customer potential repairs, and promotes additional work. Takes time to earn customer’s confidence, inquires about additional work opportunities. Patient, efficient, maintains highest integrity, strives for top customer satisfaction. Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team. Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations. Independently motivated, strong will, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a desire to enjoy variety. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
