Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated team, focusing primarily on the supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Candidates applying for this role will enjoy a pay range of $45-50 per hour. Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Georgia
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with K-12 students is preferred
• Experience supervising COTAs strongly desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support COTAs in their provision of services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive therapeutic environment
