Patient Experience Coordinator

Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a Patient Relations Representative to greet patients, monitor the patient portal, verify demographics and insurance, and schedule follow-up appointments. You will collect payments, enter data into the EHR, and support front-desk operations. In this role, you will ensure HIPAA-compliant communication, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate records, and assist with insurance follow-ups.
