Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality care for patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of any changes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and plan patient care.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Document patient care accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including:

3 x 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
3 x 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certification.
Previous experience in a telemetry unit is preferred.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
