Attorney - Workers Compensation Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in workers compensation defense in Edwardsville, IL. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing efficient and effective legal representation. Duties Represent clients in workers compensation defense cases. Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing. 0-10 years of experience in workers compensation defense. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Voluntary life/ADD insurance.
