Telemetry Technician Per Diem Variable

Telemetry Technician Per diem, part‑time position at Providence Portland Medical Center, working weekdays and weekends on a variable shift. Responsibilities The Monitor Technician (MT) is responsible for cardiac monitor surveillance for all telemetry units as assigned, reporting any arrhythmias and potentially lethal rhythms to a Registered Nurse following the Telemetry Rhythm Notification Guidelines, and interacting directly with physicians regarding the interpretation of cardiac rhythm patterns or changes in patterns. Qualifications Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Cardiac monitoring experience, including interpretation of heart rhythms. Shift Information Job Schedule: Per‑Diem, Variable Shift – weekdays and weekends. Pay Range $20.00 – $29.08 per hour (base pay; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
