Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Caregiving and will be committed to delivering high-quality care. Caregiver experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities of Caregivers/CNA/HHA/Personal Care Aid

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record clients' health status and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Provide medication reminders as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Skills of Caregivers/CNA/HHA/Personal Care Aid

• Experience in various long term care settings such as assisted living, senior care facility, nursing home, private care, in-home agency, home health etc. is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in following care plans.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.

Requirements of Caregivers/CNA/HHA/Personal Care Aid

• Must have a caring heart.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be listed on car insurance as a "driver."
• Must have a clean life-long background.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

• Day shift 12 hour
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift 12 hour

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
