Operations Manager

About The Role The role drives operational excellence and cross-functional execution across technical and business teams. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the internal processes that keep the regional remote operations running efficiently and predictably. This role will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure, customer support operations, and vendor management. By eliminating operational bottlenecks and establishing clear KPIs, this role ensures the team can scale its throughput without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and scale standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distributed team workflows Analyze complex operational datasets using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify bottlenecks and forecast capacity constraints Lead weekly and monthly cross-functional business reviews, presenting operational KPI metrics to leadership Manage remote operational tooling infrastructure, including ticket management systems, CRM integrations, and automated scheduling platforms Audit third-party vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs), negotiating terms and initiating corrective plans when needed Coordinate cross-functional project teams to launch new service features, maintaining project plans in Jira or Asana What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of operations management, program management, or management consulting experience, preferably within a high-growth tech environment Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex, cross-functional process workflows from scratch Strong technical aptitude, including experience administering SaaS productivity and operations tools (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or Zendesk) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a highly analytical field Bonus: PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification; experience managing remote, distributed operation teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
