Who are we
We're a tight-knit, collaborative team on a mission to make knowledge accessible to everyone in an organization — building the durable layer where decisions, context, and institutional know-how live so no one is left hunting through Slack or piecing together what happened. If you love working where curiosity is contagious, ideas travel fast, and the work you ship tangibly changes how teams think and build, you'll fit right in.
In this role, you will
Build & ship end-to-end features (frontend UIs to backend services/APIs)
Own projects full lifecycle
Design discussions & technical scoping
Implementation & testing
Post-launch iteration
Translate ideas to intuitive, performant, scalable UX
Contribute to system architecture - ensure reliable, maintainable, scalable stack
Balance velocity vs. technical excellence - ship quickly vs. invest in long-term quality
Uphold collaborative team culture - share knowledge & best practices
We're looking for more fullstack builders who want to own product features end-to-end — from design discussions and technical scoping through implementation, testing, and post-launch iteration. We love people who want to stay close to customers to ship reliable, scalable experiences that solve real problems.
You may be a good fit if you
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience : 2+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
Technical skills: Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
Product focus: Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Inclusive mindset: Values different perspectives, creates space for input from others, and helps foster a positive team culture.
Our stack
Core: Monorepo TypeScript Turbo Bun Biome
Frontend: Next.js Redux Radix Auth0
Backend: NestJS Prisma Postgres
Infrastructure: AWS CDK Vercel
Dev Tools: Cursor Claude Codex Devin Graphite GitHub Loom Linear
