Job Summary The Brand Ambassador leads store sales and customer experience, ensuring brand awareness and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience. Act as a Brand Ambassador representing Coach values and increasing brand awareness. Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business. Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives. Create and drive winning teams: establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaboration within the store and across the organization. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance store performance and improve customer experience. Execute business strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs. Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed. Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals. Enforce team compliance with company policies and store operational procedures. Customer Focus (Internal and External) Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners. Create a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships. Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership. Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level. Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Regular physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
