Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Coastline Health System, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct clinical services to clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders in both office and community settings.

  • Collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and support the agency’s goals.

  • Employing a culturally competent approach when interacting with clients and colleagues from various diverse backgrounds.

  • Maintaining professional standards and adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the organization.

  • Conducting thorough assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based practices to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.

  • Implementing integrated care plans to ensure clients have access to necessary services and resources while fostering communication among clients, families, and service providers.

  • Offering a range of treatment modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring services are tailored to meet the needs of each client.

  • Monitoring and documenting client progress, managing cases effectively, and completing required reports in a timely manner.

  • Participating in on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, providing crisis intervention when necessary.

This position primarily serves individuals from diverse backgrounds who are affected by mental health issues, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Valid LCSW licensure in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, we prefer candidates who have a proven track record of successfully providing therapeutic services in community mental health settings. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it enables better communication with our diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
