Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Carson, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has strong administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain shipping documentation accurately.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and customers.
• Verify shipping information and ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Maintain organized shipping records and inventory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to shipping inquiries.
• Perform data entry and update shipping information using computer systems.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential
