Partner Payroll (Law Firm) Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: Commensurate with experience Our client is a well-established law firm. They are seeking a Payroll professional to support payroll operations with a focus on partner compensation, reporting, and payroll processing. What you'll be doing: Process semi-monthly payroll for partners and employees using ADP. Maintain and update payroll records including compensation changes, deductions, and tax updates. Prepare and distribute partner compensation and expense statements. Generate payroll reports and upload compensation data via CSV files. Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation. Collaborate with accounting and payroll leadership on funding and reporting. Assist with audits, reporting, and partner-related financial calculations. What you'll need: 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably within a law firm with a focus on partner compensation, reporting, and payroll processing. Experience with ADP (Workforce Now preferred). Strong Excel skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational and time management skills.
