• Monday - Friday clinic, 3 - 4 days per week
• 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
• 18 - 20 patients per day in clinic
• Critical access hospital setting
• 1 in 7 call schedule with admits and rounding
• Call coverage 6 am - 10 pm
• 4 - 5 inpatients on average
• Standard primary care office procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
