The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.Responsibilities\n \n Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.\n Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.\n Document services accurately and on time.\n Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.\n Qualifications\n \n Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).\n Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).\n Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.\n Flexibility to adapt to varying facility environments, schedules, and patient needs.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #38153073.
