Business Analyst

Job TitleOverview of the role and day-to-day responsibilities Acts as a support liaison between manufacturing enablement specialists, manufacturing site employees, and other internal functions including but not limited to quality, planning, IT, logistics, labeling and compliance, and customer service. Will be working with multiple crops and crop teams internally and externally. Ability to work in multiple systems, become fluent in system and business terminology, troubleshoot system errors, execute daily tasks in systems, and support sites from a systems standpoint including but not limited to SAP. Strong Client office experience, with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Key contact for reviewing, editing, and managing controlled documents including SOPs, work instructions and job aids in partnership with sites and enablement specialists. Be agile and pragmatic in seasonal special project contribution including but not limited to cross-site logistics support, hands-on tag/label printing, quality data analytics and entry, inventory control and management, meeting planning and facilitation, and small project management. Needs to have strong communication and presentation skills in remote and/or in-person environments and is highly organized, results-oriented, and able to multitask different projects and daily requirements. Enjoys working in a dynamic, changing, environment with varying tasks each day and season.Requirements Requires 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar field or previous position. SAP knowledge and experience required.
