SNI Companies is seeking a dedicated and professional  Customer Support Specialist to join a great team for a marketing company specializing in loyalty and reward programs. This role involves interacting with customers, account management, resolving any emerging problems, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

• Serve as the primary phone point of contact for customers seeking information regarding products and services.
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing and product descriptions.
• Assist in resolving customer issues over the phone and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and send quotations or proposals to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, and handling correspondence.

• Proven experience in a sales support role or similar customer service position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
