The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions while partnering with hiring managers to support ongoing staffing needs. This role will source candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and support new hires through onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the recruiting process from initial requisition through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job requirements, and determine appropriate recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job opportunities across relevant recruiting platforms.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate applicants based on position requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment physicals, and other required steps throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and other talent sources.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and follow-through with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support new hires through the onboarding process and help ensure a positive transition into the organization.
- Utilize recruiting and HR systems to maintain accurate candidate and hiring information.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and professional/executive positions.
- High-volume recruiting and requisition management experience.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-through and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
