Speech Language Pathologist

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements Valid North Carolina State SLP license or ability to obtain North Carolina Education License from NCDPI, eligible once the State SLP License is obtained Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing speech-language therapy services within a K-12 school environment, including the development and implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans. Strong ability to collaborate with educators and families to enhance student communication skills and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
