Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality radiation therapy treatments for adult oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with advanced radiation therapy equipment and managing a variety of cancer treatment cases.
Required Qualifications

• Active California Radiation Therapist License Required
• Current ARRT (T) Certification Required
• Current BLS Certification Required
• Minimum 2 Years of Radiation Therapy Experience
• Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology Experience Required
• Experience with CBCT, kV, and mV Imaging
• First-Time Travelers Not Accepted

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform patient setup and positioning for treatment procedures.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment and imaging systems.
• Utilize CBCT, kV, and mV imaging for treatment verification.
• Monitor patient response during treatment procedures.
• Assist with emergency oncology cases when required.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Provide compassionate care and education to oncology patients and families.
