Job Title: Insulation Installer Job Description

Join our team as an Insulation Installer, where you will install batt insulation, spray foam insulation, and other types based on project needs. You will measure, cut, and fit insulation materials into walls, ceilings, and structural cavities, while operating spray foam equipment and standard hand tools safely. This role requires working on commercial building sites under varying conditions, following all safety procedures, and collaborating with crew members to complete projects efficiently.

• Experience in insulation installation or construction.
• Familiarity with tools such as tape measure, utility knife, stapling gun, and pliers.
• Ability to operate spray foam equipment.

• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the construction field.
• Strongly preferred: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ambition and a strong work ethic verified by references.
• Experience operating a spray gun is a plus (e.g., automotive or house painters).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new company in the Bozeman area with the support of a corporate office. There is ample room for advancement, potentially leading to roles such as foreman or estimator as the company grows. Our insulation installers work in new construction builds for commercial, multi-family, or industrial buildings. The job site conditions may vary, and it is not always climate-controlled, so wearing long sleeves, pants, and gloves is recommended due to the nature of the materials. Work hours are from 6 am to 4/5 pm, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend work. Occasionally, projects may require travel out of town from Monday to Friday, with accommodations and a daily food allowance provided. The workday begins at 6 am, meeting at the shop, loading up, and traveling with the crew to the job site. Employees receive two paid 15-minute breaks, with an option for a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bozeman, MT.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bozeman,MT.
