### Assignment Details \n
• Start Date: ASAP following credentialing
\n
• End Date: Ongoing until a permanent neurologist is hired
\n
• Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday, approximately 8:00 AM‚Äì5:00 PM
\n
• Minimum Commitment: Three consistent days per week
\n
• Preferred Commitment: Full-time
\n
• Locations: Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City
\n
• Site Rotation: One assigned location per day; schedule coordinated in advance
\n
• Setting: 100% outpatient clinic
\n
• Patient Population: Approximately 60% adults and 40% geriatrics
\n
• Volume: Approximately 14‚Äì18 patients daily
\n
• Typical Mix: Three to five new patients and 10‚Äì13 follow-ups
\n
• Call/Weekends/Holidays: None
\n
• EMR: Cerner/Oracle Fusion
\n
• Credentialing: Approximately 90‚Äì120 days
\n
• Temporary Privileges: Unavailable
### Requirements \n
• ABPN or AOBNP Board-Certified or truly Board-Eligible Neurologist
\n
• Active New Jersey medical license or willingness to obtain one
\n
• Active DEA and New Jersey CDS before the start date
\n
• Current BLS
\n
• Adult outpatient General Neurology experience
\n
• Ability to commit to at least three consistent weekdays per week
\n
• Willingness to rotate among all three locations
\n
• Cerner or comparable EMR experience preferred
\n
• Malpractice, credentialing, and privilege history required at presentation
\n
• EEG interpretation, EMG, and Botox capabilities must be disclosed
\n
• Earliest start date and schedule restrictions required at presentation
### Clinical Details \n
• Evaluate new and established General Neurology patients
\n
• Manage migraines, seizures, neuropathy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, cognitive disorders, and post-stroke follow-up
\n
• Review imaging, laboratory results, and outside records
\n
• Order diagnostic testing and manage medications
\n
• Complete patient messages, test-result reviews, and follow-up documentation
\n
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, APPs, specialists, and the neuroscience team
\n
• Provide independent coverage across multiple outpatient locations
\n
• No teaching or leadership responsibilities
\n
