Shift: Day, 36 hours per week Department: Medical-Surgical Unit-II Category: CNA / Nurse Aide Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Monmouth Medical Center. The CCT serves as a direct patient caregiver assistant with responsibilities including activities of daily living and nursing care such as phlebotomy and EKGs. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. BLS certification (American Heart Association). Preferred: Previous nursing assistant or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program. Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Scheduling Requirements Day Shift, 36 hours per week. Essential Functions Provides patient care based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of patients in assigned service. Ensures effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions. Maintains ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient care. Participates in the collaboration of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
