Key Responsibilities Site Plan Excellence : Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards. Data Analysis : Dive into project survey data to assess existing site conditions, considering legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. Comprehensive Reporting : Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations—including hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence reports, cost estimates, schedules, utility and storm‑water computations, soil reports, Volume calculations, StormCAD and WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading. Construction Support : Provide construction‑related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals. Organize site plans, construction plans, and construction documents under senior staff guidance. Engineering Software Mastery : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software packages to complete assignments efficiently and in line with established standards. Effective Communication : Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with current staff, ensuring seamless project coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred Disclaimer While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
