We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to work in our Fish Creek office with rotational Saturday mornings (9am-12pm) in our Sturgeon Bay office. As a Relationship Banker, you'll be part of a team that puts people first — supporting customers through life's financial decisions and strengthening the communities we proudly serve.

What You'll Do

• Build customer relationships by listening, recommending solutions, and supporting financial goals.
• Originate consumer loans and guide borrowers through applications, approvals, and closing.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
• Serve as a branch point of contact by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing inquiries.
• Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
