Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation; must work Thanksgiving and New Year's

Requirements:

• OR license
• 2+ years of experience
• BLS
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program; eligible for the AOTA National Registration Examination
• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the AOTA preferred

Other Details:

• Home health setting — patient care provided in patients' homes
• Must have own car, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
• May float to other departments where qualified
• Patient types: home health / rehabilitation (self-care, leisure, work)
