Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Ohio

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)

Job Description: The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will be responsible for circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases within the catheterization lab. This role will also require participation in after-hours call as discussed during the interview process. The candidate must hold active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub during catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Participate in the staffing and scheduling of procedures within the Cath Lab.
• Provide education and support to patients undergoing procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the Cath Lab specialty, preferably within one location.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications must be in hand at the time of submission.
• A reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the relevant specialty within the past 12 months is required.
