Top Industry Pay — Earn $34–$42/hr with reliable weekly pay Full Benefits Package — Medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD 401(k) with Outstanding Company Match — You contribute 6%, we add 4% Company Truck & Gas Card — Save your time (and your money) Generous PTO — Up to 20 days PTO plus paid holidays based on experience Year-Round Work — No seasonal layoffs with a company that keeps crews busy What You’ll Do Install and oversee the installation of hydronic HVAC piping systems in commercial and industrial projects Interpret blueprints and lead crews on installs of chilled water, hot water, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, air handlers, fan coils, and more Cut, thread, groove, solder, braze, and weld piping with precision Test, troubleshoot, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every project What You Bring 6–8+ years of commercial HVAC/hydronic pipefitting experience Leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead a plus — or a strong desire to grow into that role Skilled with various piping materials: steel, copper, HDPE, PVC Experience with demolition and installation of hydronic systems Plumbing, controls, or electrical experience?
