BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Description Business Intelligence Analyst Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for JBS Beef USA that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. Responsibilities Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions. Develop and manage dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business. Present technical data to a non-technical audience and be able to provide insights on data to business leaders. Communicate directly with JBS Beef USA business leadership to scope problem statements, provide estimated timelines for solution builds and routine updates throughout project build. Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions to improve analysis efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate reporting development. Collaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions or trouble shooting report issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field 1 year of experience in relevant role Must have development experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant business intelligence software Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required Meat industry experience is preferred Strong communication and presenting skills required Experience deriving insights and trends from a data set Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $85,000-$95,000; Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and Career Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs. The posted salary range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
