Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
• Titrate vasoactive and sedation medications
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring
• Recognize and respond to cardiac dysrhythmias
• Provide post-STEMI care

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Current MA RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Competency in core critical care skills
• Evidence of relevant continuing education; CCRN preferred
