Avionics Technician

Position Overview A well-established and highly respected aviation services organization is seeking an experienced Avionics Troubleshooter to support advanced avionics installations, integrations, and system upgrades across a diverse fleet of aircraft. This role is ideal for a highly skilled avionics professional who excels at diagnostics, system integration, and mentoring others in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, install, and integrate advanced avionics systems including: Perform and support RVSM and autopilot installations Conduct efficient system-level troubleshooting and upgrades Interpret and create wiring diagrams (AutoCAD experience preferred) Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development Aircraft Exposure The organization services a wide range of corporate aircrafts The company is internationally recognized for its expertise in RVSM installations. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience with: RVSM installations Autopilot installation and troubleshooting Advanced avionics integration (Garmin flight decks) Strong troubleshooting background in both GA and Business Aviation environments Experience using avionics testing equipment Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams (AutoCAD preferred) Valid driver's license Valid passport (required due to potential travel) This is a smaller, high-performance operation where team members wear multiple hats.
