Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Life Insurance Agent & Recruiter to join Vikas Datta Insurance Services. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Life Insurance Agent & Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in promoting life insurance products, recruiting new agents, and expanding our team. This position is vital to our company's growth and success, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a difference in the financial services industry.
As a Life Insurance Agent & Recruiter at Vikas Datta Insurance Services, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at increasing our market presence and recruiting top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others secure their financial future, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life insurance products to clients
Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Provide guidance and support to new agents to help them succeed
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and recruitment goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities

Requirements:

Active Life Insurance License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in insurance sales or recruiting is a plus
Knowledge of different life insurance products and policies
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
