Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T’s B2B campaigns, engaging directly with decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses.
• Collaborate with leadership to stay current on AT&T’s products, services, and promotions.
• Communicate the value of AT&T’s solutions clearly and confidently in professional settings.
• Address business client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Present tailored service recommendations based on client needs and priorities.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Uphold A2i Enterprise’s reputation by representing AT&T with integrity and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing or business-facing roles (sales, marketing, or account management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
