Business Development Consultant

Building and expanding strategic relationships with financial professionals, the full-time remote Business Development Consultant will manage territory execution, drive sales efforts, and deliver tailored retirement solutions to enhance partner engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners Proactively uncover new business opportunities and manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline tracking and CRM updates Provide expert guidance on plan design and retirement solutions, delivering customized recommendations based on client needs Required Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services or retirement planning industry Strong understanding of retirement plan products and services Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management Ability to conduct presentations and engage effectively with partners Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and uphold compliance standards
