Industrial Sales Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, support ongoing business relationships, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales team while playing an active role in supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects Supporting customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up activities Identifying opportunities to grow existing business and develop new accounts Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently Managing sales activities, customer communications, and follow-up within the ERP/CRM system Providing outstanding customer service that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships Supporting business development efforts within industrial and manufacturing markets Qualifications Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service, inside sales, or industrial sales environments Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillstty #J-18808-Ljbffr
