Audit SupervisorA well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead audit engagements from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong public accounting experience who enjoys mentoring staff, managing multiple client engagements, and delivering high-quality audit services.Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through final reporting.Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and supporting documentation.Ensure engagements comply with professional auditing and accounting standards.Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients.Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and budgets.Mentor, train, and review the work of junior audit staff.Collaborate with leadership to improve audit processes and client service.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Active CPA license required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.4+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.Prior experience supervising or leading audit teams.Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting.Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office.Experience managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and client service.Leadership and team development skills.Attention to detail and strong time management.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven public accounting environment.Professionalism and a client-focused mindset.
