Start Date: 12/31/2025
Duration: Ongoing/As-needed assignment
Shift: Flexible shifts (Day/Night, 8- or 12-hour options)
Hours/Week: Variable based on scheduling needs
Employment Type: Locum / Contract
Licensure: Active CA medical license or eligibility
Experience: Proven OB hospitalist experience preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00/hour

What You'll Do
- Provide OB hospitalist coverage overseeing labor and delivery, postpartum care, and high-risk pregnancies
- Collaborate with obstetric and gynecologic teams to ensure quality patient care
- Respond to obstetric emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
- Support anesthesia teams as needed during obstetric procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all phases of care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid medical license in California or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven obstetric hospitalist experience
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Certification in advanced life support (e.g., ACLS, NRP)
- Experience working in a high-volume obstetric setting
