Quick Facts Location: Phoenix, AZ (33400 North 32nd Avenue) Start Date: 07/10/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Duration: Ongoing per assignment Hours/Week: Approximately 40+ hours Employment Type: Locum/Per Diem Licensure: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Experience: Prior hospitalist/OB experience preferred Pay Rate: $218.40/hour Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $218.40 per hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other related expenses Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide acute obstetric and hospitalist care in a hospital setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care Manage patient volume effectively during 24-hour in-house shifts Participate in patient assessments, deliveries, and postpartum care as needed Document patient encounters accurately and timely in compliance with protocols Adhere to safety standards and hospital policies Support hospital initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and safety What You Need Valid medical license in Arizona or readiness to obtain one MD or DO degree with hospitalist/OB experience preferred Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume inpatient setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work 24-hour shifts and be on-call as required About the Assignment Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional obstetric and hospitalist care in the Phoenix area.
