TouchCare is a healthcare concierge and benefits advocacy company making healthcare easier to navigate. For more than a decade, we've helped employees and their families understand and maximize their benefits while helping employers deliver a better healthcare experience.

Now, we're growing—and expanding our Sales team to help bring TouchCare to more employers across the country.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team in Stamford, CT .

You'll be on the front lines of TouchCare's growth—connecting with brokers and benefits professionals, opening new relationships, and generating opportunities for our Sales team.

This is an opportunity to learn B2B / B2C sales from experienced leaders, become an expert in the healthcare and benefits industry, and build toward an Account Executive career path.

• Identify and connect with brokers, benefits professionals, and prospective partners through phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events .
• Research target accounts and create thoughtful, personalized outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and generate meetings for our Sales team.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects who may not be ready to buy today.
• Partner closely with Account Executives on messaging, account strategy, and prospecting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Become an expert on TouchCare, our solutions, buyers, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.

• 2–5 years of sales, business development, or related experience ; B2B experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence starting conversations with new people.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset and desire to succeed.
• Curiosity, coachability, resilience, and strong follow-through.
• Ability to research prospects and create personalized outreach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Healthcare, employee benefits, HR technology, or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excitement about working onsite in our Stamford office five days per week .

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience and qualifications.
