We are looking for high-energy Mixing Assistants to support our Lead Mixers in our brand-new facility. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to learn the science behind our patent-pending dough and work with premium, all-natural ingredients in a fast-paced startup environment.

You are the "right hand" to our Mixing Specialists. Your job is to ensure the mixing station never slows down, keeping the raw ingredients flowing and the equipment staged so we can meet our daily production goals without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale & Prep: Assist in the precise weighing and staging of all-natural ingredients (flour, butter, sugar) to keep the mixing cycle moving at top speed.
• Heavy Lifting & Logistics: Handle the physical "heavy lifting" of the department, including moving 50 lb. bags and transporting finished dough to the production line.
• Sanitation & Staging: Maintain a "tour-ready" workspace by cleaning mixing bowls, sanitizing tools, and ensuring the area stays organized between batches.
• Startup Teamwork: Jump in wherever needed-whether it's helping with inventory rotation (FIFO) or assisting the production team during peak rushes.

What You Bring:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35-50 lbs. consistently and stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Detail-Oriented: You understand that "close enough" doesn't work in a patent-pending recipe; you follow instructions to the letter.
