We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Architect / Engineer with strong SQL, Oracle Database, and OCI expertise to design and support scalable cloud data architectures for enterprise analytics and reporting environments. Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle Cloud and hybrid data architectures .
Develop enterprise data models, data marts, and reporting solutions .
Work with Oracle Database, Autonomous DB, and Oracle 19c/21c.
Optimize SQL queries, indexes, stored procedures, and database performance.
Design ETL, data integration, migration, reconciliation, and validation solutions.
Work with OCI Object Storage, Networking, IAM, Compute, and Database services.
Support analytics and BI platforms.
Ensure data security, governance, privacy, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams and mentor technical teams.

Required Skills

10+ years of IT experience.
Strong Oracle Database & SQL expertise.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture.
Autonomous DB / Oracle 19c / 21c.
Cloud-native and hybrid data architecture.
Data modeling: Relational, Dimensional, Reporting .
ETL/Data Integration and batch pipelines.
Data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
SQL performance tuning.
Data governance, security, and privacy.
Strong client communication and leadership skills.
