Details Medical ICU setting with float requirements to Stepdown, ED, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health Annex (training provided for Behavioral Health) 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7p, weekdays with every other weekend Uses equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers No on-call requirements Requirements Active NH or Compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration (temp license not accepted) 2-3 years of ICU experience required, with stronger independent and fast-paced clinical skills expected for candidates closer to 2 years ICU and Stepdown experience preferred Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required Driver's license with address matching demographics required for consideration Copies of certifications required for consideration Additional Information Care for a variety of critically ill patients requiring independent, fast-paced clinical judgment Weekly orientation provided Must reside within a 50-mile radius for local rate eligibility Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service First-time travelers will not be considered for this position 3 professional references required once committed, with at least 2 from leadership American Traveler Job ID P-770049.
