As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving business operations, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and ensuring the success of our restaurant during assigned shifts.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and lead teams in various departments, including cashier, cook, kitchen prep, backline, drive-thru, and front house.Cash Control and Security: Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawer management.Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members to excel in their roles during the shift, providing guidance and support.Operational Excellence: Implement shift plans and work hard to drive operational results, setting a positive example for team members.Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service and hospitality, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.Physical Stamina: Be physically fit to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to access all areas of the restaurant and lift/push objects weighing over 50 pounds.Effective Communication: Be an excellent communicator with co-workers and guests, treating everyone with respect and courtesy.Position Requirements:Preferred Experience: We prefer candidates with restaurant experience.
